RETURNS AND REFUNDS
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchases to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial repayments are granted (where applicable):
Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Please note that 20% rebuilding stock will be charged.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is issued.

Items sold (if applicable)
Only regular items can be refunded, unfortunately, the sales items can not be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchasing and shipping directly, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor received the order that was sent to you later, we will send you a refund to the donor and will inform you of your return .
